Works really well, easy to use, quality kitchen item. Helps if you can get the dough really thin. Highly recommend and worth the money for professionally looking ravioli :)

I've been making Raviolis for years. Rolling out sheets of pasta, estimating the distance between the dollops of filling, trimming off the excess pasta. Very time consuming. Having my new Ravioli mold is fabulous! I can churn out 12 Raviolis in under 5 minutes, having made my pasta sheets and filling the day before. After reading many reviews I would highly recommend spraying the mold each time with non-stick spray rather than using flour. They pop right out with minimum additional cutting with a ravioli cutter.
