These knives do not cut through the cheese as well as I had hoped.

I always liked this elegant serving set for cheese.

These are OK. One of them arrived with the little metal piece at the end of the blade broken off. They aren't packaged incredibly well for shipping -- they are in a padded envelope, but could probably use another layer of bubble wrap. It's not the biggest deal -- I can glue it back on -- but it's clear the quality isn't the greatest. These aren't the true Laguiole brand knives, which is obvious by the price and plastic handle, but they do have that look to them. Overall for the few times a year I'll put them out on a cheese board they'll probably do the job. I do like the color and they seem pretty sharp.
