FALSE ADVERTISING. May hold 12 STEAK knives, but can only hold 1 normal size kitchen knife per slot. Knives sit very loose either way. This product is under review from Wayfair for numerous people having the same issue. Do not buy. They attempted to charge me $15.00 to return ship the item. Called, customer service was accommodating, and now returning for a full refund.
