I bought the Seattle Cappuccino Cup based on photo showing it comes with a saucer. Thought that was understood since cappuccino is almost always served with saucer to hold the biscotti or small cookie. Wanted a nice cup AND SAUCER. Shipment arrived with no saucer. When I complained over phone (after being on hold for 45 minutes to get a live person since the website did not allow me to indicate exactly what was wrong with my order), I was assured by that person that a replacement would be sent INCLUDING the saucer. She put me on "hold" while verifying that with someone in the warehouse. Guess what, another shipment arrived with NO SAUCER. Oh well.
