LAST UPDATE WHEN THIS ITEM BROKE, IT WAS OUTSIDE OF THE 30 DAY WAYFAIR WARRANTY. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER ABOUT THEIR ONE-YEAR WARRANTY. THEY ONLY PROVIDE AN EMAIL IN THE BROCHURE AND THAT EMAIL DOES NOT WORK. WAYFAIR IS OUTSTANDING AND THEY CAME THROUGH FOR ME AND PROVIDED A REPLACEMENT. THE REASON I AM DOING THE THREE STARS IS BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IF YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM. Update. The fourth time I use this the handle snapped right off of the spout. There is no repair for this because it is the flimsy plastic that was holding the handle on. This is a really nice machine, my first one so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it seems to work as expected, and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. Now I did make a change and put little sliders where the feet were because it would not move on my countertop and it’s kind of heavy. This way I can slide it out a little bit to add the mixture and clean. I’ve used it twice and I highly recommend this.

When it works, it’s great easy to clean and regular slush mode performs really well. But it’s finicky. Milkshake mode never got thick enough, and spiked slush was only okay. Not bad, just inconsistent and not quite a 5-star for me.

I’m pleasantly surprised with this slushie maker. It’s a decent size without a huge footprint. Not having to add ice is a huge bonus - I’ve had other products that didn’t crush ice well, so this not needing ice, but still creating the slushie consistency is perfect. The only downside, is that it didn’t come with instructionsrecipes. So although it can make ice cream or alcohol slushies - it doesn’t tell you what ingredients to use. I was able to do an internet search for the information, so I’m giving 5 stars, but it would’ve been great had they been included with the machine. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product.

arrived broken, sent in a flimsily box
