I was pleasantly surprised when I received this Dutch oven. It appears to be of good quality. The blue color is very nice and vibrant. One thing that I noticed is that it’s lighter than my other Dutch oven. I haven’t used it yet so I hope the light weight doesn’t take away from its quality.

Love this dutch oven! Was looking for an enamel dutch oven that was oven safe for short ribs, pot roast and other slow cooking recipes. This is cast aluminum, heats up quickly and evenly and meals taste great. Color blue is gorgeous!
