Buyer beware!! These are listed as 1810 stainless steel, but are actually 180. This is confirmed by the weight of each piece, the magnet test and the fact that 1810 is not listed anywhere on the box or etched on any of the pieces. Additionally, no other retailer even lists the stainless steel grade for this product. I was so excited about these, but disappointed that I did not get what I paid for.
