Gibson Elite Matisse 16-Piece Double Bowl Dinnerware Set, Service for 4 (16pcs)

I love my new dishes, but one of the bigger bowls is chipped. How do I get a new one?

I love this set of dinnerware. It has been our everyday set and wears well even in a kitchen with no forgiving surfaces if they are bumped or dropped. Although it is our everyday set, when we do use it for an informal lunch with friends, I get compliments on the color and pattern. It is very attractive for blue lovers such as I.

The plates are pretty but don’t look as nice in person as they do in the picture. To me, in the picture the plates seem a bit heavier and have raised dots but when I opened the box that was not the case. The image is more printed on the plates and they feel very lightweight. To the point where I feel like they will chipbreak easily. Still pretty but I think they are a bit overpriced for what I got. Update several plates have chipped already. I wish I would have splurged on something a bit sturdier.

Absolutely LOVE this dinnerware set! The color and pattern are incredible and the quality is top notch for the price. We have had them for several months now and still love them. No cracks or scratches.
