Beautiful, classic dinnerwear that works for modern homes as well .

These plates have a nice weight to them, which I like. Also, it was a pleasant surprise to me when I opened the box to see that the white on this dinnerware has a pearlescent sheen to it, so there’s a very fine and delicate shimmer. Even going back through the photos on the listing, I don’t notice it. When looking straight at them, you don’t see it but as soon as you angle a piece under the lighting, it’s there.
