Great looking high quality set of dishes!

These do break easily. Despite being packed well, two dinner plates arrived fractured. I tried to submit a report about that, but the website only allowed for either repacking and sending it back, or for a refund. I was reluctant to do the first because what if the next set arrives broken, too? So I started a chat, asked for a human to speak with, and the AI program did not allow me to type in my phone number, even when it directed me to do so! I was beyond frustrated at this point. I tried deleting and re-adding the app, to no avail. Eventually I searched on the web for Wayfair Customer Service, and spoke with a sweet lady who was able to arrange for me to just get a new (additional) set. With as fragile as these are, I’m pretty sure I will need all of the pieces. They’re very pretty m, but I would not order them again. And Wayfair should really fix their chat program!
