These cheap cups are NOT crystal. They are cheap glass. After washing and pre-warming the cup with warm water, I poured hot tea into it. There was an audible “pop,” a crack immediately traveled up the side, and the entire base separated from the cup, causing the liquid to spill out. This occurred on first normal use.

These are great coffee mugs. Highly recommend.

While disclosed as a coffee mug, I purchased 4 for my bar glasses. I really like them…have to try and keep my wife from using them. Probably need to buy some more!

I am for the most part a coffee drinker but, when I want a cup of tea I’ve always wanted it in something exactly like these lovely mugs. And the “card ladies “ that drink tea love these.

Just delivered today, have not used yet, They are a beautiful weight, a lovely set, fits steady, securely and elegantly in your hand.
