Great glasses! High quality, I only took off 1 star because one was broken. Customer service is working on a fix for this so fingers crossed!!!!

I ordered 3 sets of the highball glasses. The wrong item was sent (the smaller Rocks glasses), and 2 were broken during shipping. Therefore, I have two beautiful matching Rocks glasses that I may buy more of in the future. Another glassware set was defective in quality, and 2 glasses arrived chipped. The 3rd set is beautiful and arrived safely. It deserves 5 stars because it has a nice weight and will look stunning next to my fine china. I only removed one star due to my disappointing experience, because Wayfair customer service acted professionally and quickly resolved the issues, and sent out replacements. They haven't arrived yet. However, I'm optimistic that the replacement order will arrive safely.
