These plates were so flat that they were concave in some cases. The bowls are great, but do not buy this item.

Great plates

Beautiful. I put them on a dining table set I bought from Wayfair.

These dishes are somewhat problematic. The bowls are really nice, large and sturdy. The pattern makes them look like oversized golf balls, though. I was hoping they would look more like the honeycomb pattern they were described as to coordinate with my bee-themed kitchen. The plates are much smaller than the bowls, the proportions are really off on this set. Also, the large dinner plates are way too flat, a design flaw not reflected in the smaller side plates. I have never seen plates made this way and they are aesthetically disturbing. This was definitely not the bargain I was hoping for.

The plates have a pretty design but are very flat, without much curve upwards, which could be a problem if you're eating foods with a lot of gravy. Also, one plate arrived with several flaws/black spots baked into the plate and cannot be washed off. Others plates I currently own added for comparison.
