The Gotham Steel Copper Cast Textured pan set has been a welcomed addition to our pans and kitchen. Everyone can and is using them without us worrying about them getting ruined. They are truly no stick heat evenly and cook food well. They are light weight with a perfect cool handle. We are looking forward to adding other pieces from the collection to our set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that these are not the worst nonstick pan ive ever used. They are decently sized(although i with the 9.5in was a little bigger), lightweight, and (so far atleast) fairly easy to clean. They do not live up to the claims of not having to use oil. The very first thing i tried is the classic egg test. I cracked an egg into the preheated 5.5in pan and gave it a bit to set. It stuck initially but i was able to slowly lift the edges and eventually get it unstuck. Not a great start but it did the job. After the flip i was unable to release the egg easily and it tore. I decided on the second egg that i needed to add a little oil and that stopped the sticking problem entirely. If you dont cook much and need a couple small pans that are easy to clean these might be for you just dont believe the "no oil needed" claims
