I am happy I bought this piece you can fry steam and bake inside

This pan is amazing! The pan has great non-stick capability! Just what we had been looking for. This is a large pan 12" so takes quite a bit of storage space but it cooks so well we are so pleased we purchased. The copper finish makes a nice look on our range top. So glad we purchased.

Don't go over medium heat and there is no need to use butter or oil, ever. This is a great pan. It has a huge bottom and cooks great. I didn't know how many things can be successfully cooked on medium heat.

Love it! It really is non stick so far!
