The best nonstick pan and even heating!

Not exactly what I expected. I wasn't aware that they could not be used on high heat, which is how I like to cook. First I use high heat, then I turn it down to medium or low for a crusty outside and a melt-a-way perfect in side on my meats, like burgers. I will keep the set and use for other things, but not for regular use

Well they seem well made but quite the opposite after a couple weeks. Everything sticks, I use the small and medium size everyday for breakfast only. Just eggs bacon and sometimes fried plantains. I would not buy it again!
