[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is a perfect size to easily cook a pound of ground beef to give you an idea if size. Even heat distribution. food cooks nicely, super non stick, and cleans with out effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A fairly light pan for it's size. Package says handle stays cool to the touch and it does, but the 1/3 closest section to the pan does get pretty warm, so still be careful. While this pan is dishwasher safe, they recommend hand washing, which we do with all pans so they last longer. We mostly use it for foods that leave grease, so it took a little more to wash clean. Would've been nice to wash easier than other pans, though. The instructions say not to use butter or oil, which was nerve-wracking at first, but it's been a great non-stick so far. Also says you can use metal utensils (we don't have any). There is a warranty so if all goes well over time, our next full set will be Gotham Steel.
