Strand 5 Piece Hostess Set

The set (ordered and received from a different vendor) is wonderful. Wayfair neglected to process my order in a timely manner. It was only submitted after I contacted you, and only after it was already late. Then when I asked to have the order canceled Wayfair submitted the order. I had already ordered it somewhere else. I received it from another vendor in a timely manner. Despite it being Wayfairs responsibility, I was then charged for return shipping for my Wayfair order. I then called to ask to have these charges removed. I was told I would receive something in writing from Wayfair within 24 hours. I did not. Wayfair failed in every aspect on this order. I will never place another order with them again, and I will share my experience with friends and relatives

Excellent feel, grip fit and weight. Sleek appearance and works well with everyday dishes and transitions right into my fine China for holiday meals.

I loved the looks of these and they felt like the right size and weight. I haven't used them yet but look forward to it.

The set was good quality. The packaging was not. It had all come loose in box and ties broken. Not good to present at shower gift.

This set surprised me with how thick the handles were and the nice finish! Highly recommend!
