Easily Adjustable and Consistent The Gourmia 6 tray dehydrator is great. It’s very simple to use and not complicated. Also, it allows for great temperature control and time settings, which was extremely useful when trying to fine tune drying fruits (mostly mango) for the best results. You can make a wide variety of different recipes, but my favorite was a mushroom jerky I made that comes out amazing, and once you know the time and temperature needed, it’s very easy to remake the same dish. The tray at the bottom also makes it very simple and easy to clean, which saved me a lot of time. Another part I liked about it was the large space. I never really had an issue when I needed to do 2 batches, everything all fit in at once, but also it’s not so big that it’s taking up unnecessary space. Overall, it’s a good product I would heavily recommend.
