GoWISE USA Electric Pressure Cooker

This is not my purchase

I have been looking to buy a big pressure cooker for my large family for some time so I shopped around online and found the GoWise 12.5q on several sites but I decided to buy from Wayfair because of their reliability. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box and saw all the cracks, lines and chips in and outside the cooker. I am not sure if this is a manufacturers or packaging error. Either way, I am not happy with this purchase. I bought the copper color specifically because of its beauty, now the chips, lines and scratches have made it very ugly!!! This is an update to my previous post above I called customer service with the complaint above. The person on the other line was very professional and understanding. She sent me a replacement and advised me to donate or gift the first one to whomeevr I liked. I donated it to my community homeless shelter. I am pretty happy with the purchase and thankful for the replacement which was at no extra cost.me a

I love this pressure cooker! It cuts cooking time in half, at least. I did not really want I would not have chosen this color, but it is all that was available. I put it in my pantry, so I guess it does not matter. I probably would have been better off getting a 3 quart because I am cooking for two people most of the time.

The cooker was better than expected! I am using it more than I ever expected!
