Zanaiya 75'' Kitchen Pantry

I did not receive the item I waited for a month. Instead, received a wrong item. The customer service, even with all the pictures provided as evidence, I was gaslit by a representative telling me it was the same pantry ( comical) rather than simply acknowledging that they made a mistake and just moving on to a solution .
