The handles get very hot when boiling or cooking anything,, returning them on the same day , they arrive. Make sure to get ones with wooden or plastic handles. These are aluminum. Looks elegant. But is not the looks that makes the food or gives comfort or provides safety.

This Cookware by Granitestone Charleston, They are just Wonderful. Worth every penny I haven’t had a problem since I received them. Use a little Pam when cooking eggs. Washing them is so easy. They stack nicely. I use a paper towel to put inside each bottom to keep them from scratching the surface inside the pans. 5***** They work Great for all cooking, The Utensils are very durable and easy to use with this set. They probably save them from getting scratches. I actually Love them and use every day. I got them to replace my old cookware. I’ve tryed others and they seem to always scratch the bottom surface I really like the outside texture look. I do recommend this set of cookware.
