Great machine and delivered on time

It's been awhile, but it was just what we ordered!

Great product. You are looking to buy a mold to make ice in this shape.

We loved our shaved ice maker. We have had it for 3 months now and the kids have a ball with it. Super easy to use and very heavy duty.

This is the real deal. Will be making Bahama Buck's poolside this summer.

We recieved this and it was cracked the service was promt to recieve a new product I am very pleased and for the price can't go wrong!

Well built and lots of fun. Took it to the beach one year and I was a hit with the children there making snow cones. This is a big unit and does not fit under kitchen counters. It is a serious tool and not for use by children since it has a spiked turntable above the ice and a sharp blade under, and it also can throw chunks of ice so be cautious using it. This can shave a lot of ice in a hurry.

Produces light and fluffy ice. The machine is kind of loud, but it is scrapping ice so that's expected.

We have just used our shaved ice machine a couple times and the ice is truly the super fine, snow like shaved ice we all love! The coiled pole that runs vertically through the machine came with grease all over it! We have been trying for a couple days now to clean it up but it is a mess! Going to try to get a replacement that is clean. This is unacceptable, especially for an item that produces food to be consumed by small children and adults alike!

I was extremely satisfied with this machine, It's the same machine I have in my shop for less than half the price.
