Awesome risotto pan doesn’t stick.

I eat rice regularly. This thing cooks it very nicely. Love it. Problem is that the coating is coming off A LOT and getting into the rice. There are rivets securing the handles to the pot, and the rivet heads are found on the inside of the bowl. These rivet heads are coated with whatever chemical or paint they used, and it is flaking off big time and getting into my rice. That is a super bummer.

I've not had much luck with the GreenPan frying pans, but this little pot has been perfect for rice. I tend to use Japanese short-grain rice more than others and this pan does it perfectly every time. Even if you like to have it a little brown and crispy it still comes out clean and makes it easy to clean up quick. Now...in the packaging there was some "suggested uses" if I recall including one that it can be used for bread? Wondering if there is a recipe out there sized for this pan? Would love to try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that this pot is dishwasher and oven safe. It is small but very cute. I used this pot to try to make rice and unfortunately my rice did not come out well. I don't blame the pot for this. I will definitely use it to make other meals such as a small pot of sauce. It is very durable and easy to clean.
