They are not up to standard

Pans arrived with the larger pan all chipped where the two handles were rubbing against one another. Wayfair customer service took care of it - though I would say it was an issue due to the manufacter's packaging

I thought I did a thorough research for a non-stick pan. A no oil or butter needed! This is what my fried eggs looked like after scraping them to flip. Not any better than my cheap Cuisinart. Luckily, I bought them on sale.

I really like these pans - I had one years ago, and when I saw this set, I had to buy them. They are exceptionally non-stick, and no fat is needed, but I sometimes add a pat butter for taste. Sadly they arrived damaged. I believe this is more a reflection of the absurdly abusive delivery company, than the product itself. They are so rough with packages that I have yet to receive a box that isnt damaged - this time they were so rough that the pans came out of their internal protective packaging and were scraping against each other during the undoubtedly rough delivery to my house. I hope the chips on the edge of the non-stick surface does not affect the longevity of the cookware.
