This pasta mixer is great for my Kitchen Aid mixer. I can make homemade pasta for my family. I also like that it is stainless steel instead of plastic, making it more durable and it should last a very long time. I have several of the Kitchen Aid attachments and enjoy using them for fun and easy cooking for my family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unaware that this was a feature possible with my kitchenaid stand mixer. I have had it for several years! I think it is really cool that this is an option. This was my first attempt at making dough so I think the texture may have been a bit overly thick for this processor. This item should work as you would hope, if you are someone who is used to making pasta. Placing it in the top portion of my mixer took some adjusting. It would be great if there was an actual hole for the screw to go into. It also is kind of difficult to clean, especially if you are in a rush to tidy up your kitchen. I do like that it comes with a useful brush to assist in that process.
