Machine à barbe à papa électrique haitral

I am not yet complaining about the actual machine I bought it to give as a gift. It arrived with the box unsealed and torn up. Looks as if it was a returned item or something. I am embarrassed to give it as a gift. I have not opened it to try the machine. I wrote to Wayfair about this but have not heard back. So disappointed. I have bought a lot from Wayfair but may not ever again if I can’t trust them.
