The hard-boiled eggs handle was already broken when I opened the box and I am still working with the manufacturer to see what they will do because Wayfair referred me to them so I cannot refund nor getting any replace yet. Not a good experience. To be honest, it looks so fragile. (continued 3 weeks after: I came back to work with Wayfair and finally I got a replacement, a new perfect one sent form Hamilton Beach) So I gave a 4 star out of 5 because of the trouble I had to go thru.)

Really a wonderful product. I love how I don't have to pierce the top of the eggs. In my old one, I had to. Eggs come out perfectly and are easy to peel. Highly recommend.
