[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my hamilton beach 9-in-1 Searing Slow Cooker. I love the versatility of this slow cooker. You can cook things in so many ways and i absolutely love the searing option. Food comes out perfect whether a roast or just some steaks. I'm loving all the different setting and the digital display. Its a perfect addition to any cooks arsenal.

Have used for church potluck functions and for just home use with my family. Haven't had the chance to use all the functions yet but slow cook and saute options are great. Will be trying rice and sear/brown functions hopefully soon.

We’ve only done a couple different things with it, but I’m looking forward to doing so many more because it seems to do many different things beyond what a normal slow cooker does. And I love the fact that the vessel is so light. It makes it very easy to clean compared to the ceramic ones in traditional slow cookers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Hamilton Beach 9-in-1 Searing Slow Cooker. This isn't your every day set it and forget it slow cooker. This appliance has 9 different features. I haven't used all of them just yet but I intend to. The slow cooker is nicely packed in the box. Instruction manual included. It was very simple to plug in. The cooker has a a glass lid to view what you're cooking inside. It has several features including slow cook, roast and warm. The options are plentiful. It is well constructed. It didn't get intensely hot on the outside surface of the unit. But I also didn't use all the features. I started off with a nice, thick round roast. It was tricky at first to figure out the buttons but after reading the manual, it was simple. It shows the countdown time you desire of the cooking time. I chose 4 hours. It also counted how long it was in the pan on warm. I love how easy it is to use. As well as cleaning. I used warm water and some dish soap and it wiped clean pretty easily. I can't say enough about this. I did use the roast function the other day and it heats up quite fast to a boiling and then I switched it over to slow cook. Well constructed. Easy to use. Nothing I can say negative. The manual is a plus when figuring out the other cooking options. This will be used a lot! It is a great addition to my kitchen. Especially when I'm hard pressed for time after working a long day. I know I will have dinner ready when I get home.

I really love how you can use this for so many things, like browning, roast, steam, high and low slow cook, and saute, this product is amazing and made very well. This is a high quality product made to last a very long time. You can even fit a 6lb chicken in this thing. Also i love the fact that it is very easy to carry, and clean. Also has a delay funcion for rice, whole grains and steam. Very impressed with this product and i definitely would recommend this product to all my family and friends.
