It’s heavy enough, it’s pretty, the price was right and shipping was quick… win, win, win and win!

Knives are a bit too big and same with large forks/spoons. Good weight/size on smaller utensils. We’ll see how they hold up. Misleading on website as it states that they are by Hampton Forged…but that doesn’t show up anywhere on item (maybe manufacturer name change, but still needs to be changed to reflect)

I have this set from my wedding registry in 2007 and we still love the set! Just bought an extra set for our hungry family. Fits perfect in the hand. Good weighting and very durable. Does not bend!

We purchased these from our wedding registry. While this set is excellent in terms of ergonomic feel and weight, we were extremely disappointed to find that the knives are NOT the same material as the rest of the flatware and cannot be run through the dishwasher without pitting and rusting. Seems the manufacturer cheaped out on this, and we would have absolutely purchased a different set if we had known this.
