I'm very impressed. The gauge of aluminum is heavy, the heating was perfect, and the cooker was very easy to use. Easy to clean, too. I'd like to report an imperfection, but I can't find any. The cooker was even a very good deal. I got two of these. I wanted a small one (2.11 L.) for softening dried beans, and a larger one (5 L+) for cooking a meal. Both cookers are excellent. Pros: All pros. Cons: No cons.
