About This Product

Upgrade your everyday prep with Hecef’s 3‑piece knife set. Each blade is forged from high‑carbon German stainless steel (5Cr15MoV) and heat‑treated to approximately 56±2 HRC for a practical balance of sharpness, durability, and ease of care. The 15° hand‑honed edges glide through produce and boneless proteins with minimal resistance, while ergonomic pakkawood handles offer a comfortable, non‑slip grip for confident control. With the essential 8" chef, 7" santoku, and 3.5" paring knives, this set streamlines your core kitchen tasks—from large‑format chopping to delicate peeling and trimming—packed in a gift‑ready box.

Features

Sharp, Reliable Performance: Forged high‑carbon German stainless steel (5Cr15MoV) with a hand‑honed 15° edge for clean, precise cuts.

Comfortable Control: Ergonomic, non‑slip pakkawood handles provide a secure grip and help reduce hand fatigue during longer prep.
