After the dutch oven was cured, baked a loaf of bread. Very pleased with the result. Bonus is the pan is much lighter than cast iron.

Thick aluminum but lightweight. Non-stick ceramic seems to do the job and it's an easy clean-up. Handy size. Nice pot!

Light weight, conducts head much faster than cast iron not sure if I really like it yet. I’m use to baking with cast iron.
