[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had purchased the CopperBond 11 inch skillet and was pleased with it. I wanted another skillet in stainless steel. The stainless steel is lighter than the copper and it is easier to clean than the copper. I like cooking in the copper skillet for special occasions where I have more time to do a proper polishing. The stainless steel ProBond is a great every day skillet. It has a nice light weight, good handle, and flush rivets. I really enjoy cooking eggs in the skillet.

He got not only a well weighted and designed frying pan for the best eggs, Santa also brought him a much desired new wench bumper for his Toyota. . . both made well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first stainless steel skillets. I was very nervous about cooking in them. The instructions helped a great deal and I am loving them. They heat up quickly allowing you to get a great sear on your meat or fish. Waiting for the 12" size and two lid sizes to be back in stock to complete my set.
