The nonstick surface is top notch, much better than Mauveil and other brands I’ve owned in the past. The cooking is very even since the pan is heavy. The size is perfect as well!

Even heating, and I love it can go from the stove to the oven. So much more durable than regular non-stick pans. And in a pinch, I can throw it in the dishwasher. Worth every penny.
