It’s solid! It’s a very heavy piece. Cast Iron is supposed to be the healthiest to cook and grill on. This is why I purchased this item. It’s a nice size. My only complaint is that it is not nonstick and I did have trouble cleaning it.

I have had my eye on a griddle for a while and decided to add this component. I was able to use this one on my gas grill. Its none stick and provides the experience of being at a burger place. Ive cooked burgers and heated buns, and it makes great fish. Its a budget friendly option to get restaurant style food.

This is a super heavy duty griddle. I got it for camping and have already used it several times. It’s awesome for cooking over the fire. You can fit a meal for a whole family on this thing. It’s virtually indestructible. I could see using it on the grill would woek great also. I’m very happy with the purchase.

This cast iron griddle is a dream come true! I've been wanting one for my grill but had no idea how wonderful they are. This one is huge--I can use it or the grates, but not both. But actually, I don't know if I'll ever go back to the grates. First, the griddle is very heavy and taking it in and out is too much of a pain. But it cooks so well and I don't have grease and food falling into the grill and smoking up the patio! It's easy to clean and each use just seasons it more like cast iron prefers. There are two handles on the side that work very well, and the front has a place for grease to drain into. I've used it for hamburgers, chicken, and bacon. I can't wait to try it for pancakes and/or French toast! And it cooks super fast!
