I experience issues with the shipping one of the cabinets arrived damaged the box was open and the kick plate was missing from the box. I immediately called Wayfair customer service and informed them of the issue. The opened a case and told me that the manufacturer. A few days later the manufacturer contacted me and said that they could not replace the missing part and that I would receive a full refund from Wayfair. A few days later I was contacted by Wayfair instructing me to repack and return that item to them before they could issur a refund to date this problem has yet to be resolved as I no longer have the box or the item. In addition to the above the unit is very cheaply made and chips and scuffs easily. The assembly instructions were pretty clear. The two shelves are very heavy to the point that the Fedex driver refused to deliver the item to my front door unless I helped him to carry the boxes up a flight of stairs due to the weight. In retrospect it is not really feasible to try to manage and item of this size unless you have help. The instructions clearly state that it is a two person assembly job. The instructions were fairly clear but the unit is suseptible to damage in handling and assembly.
