I purchased this quesadilla maker based on the reviews. So, imagine my surprise when I received it, plugged it in, and it didn't work. Complete waste of money, and I am now waiting to see if Wayfair will give me my refund. Very disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a great quesadilla maker. Upon first opening, I did notice a chemical smell. However I followed the directions in the manual and cleaned with light soap and water, and the smell went away. Since it’s not possible to unplug the wire from the actual machine, it can be challenging to clean in the sink. Very easy to use, and it made a delicious quesadilla. Although it is still pretty easy to make a quesadilla over the stove on the pan, this machine was very convenient.

Probably one of my favorite features of this maker is that it stands upright so I can save space when I storage it. There was just one thing that would make this quesadilla maker better and it’s that you can’t remove the trays to wash them, you have to use a paper towel or so to clean it up.
