I received the instant pot on the 14th of February and just opened it. I was satisfied with the pot itself, however it has a small piece that was broken near the lid. I don't know if it will affect the sealing process until I use it.

I was afraid to use this method of cooking, but it has turned out to be an excellent piece of equipment to have in the kitchen. I now can make chicken adobo very easily.

I love my instant Pot - I use it at least once a week. It was recommended to me by a family member and ended up getting 2 more for our family cottage and my mother-in-law. It has taken the place of my old crockpot.
