So far it's a great cutting board. Definitely have to follow the care recommendations for the initial oiling and seasoning for the first week or so. But after you get the protective layer going, its inly light maintenance. We'll see how it holds up going forward, but seems like it will be fantastic

This broke apart sort of immediately but I did not read how to treat or use the pocket the send with it so word to the wise if you want it to last treat it !
