Joyjolt 7-In Nakiri Knife High Carbon Steel Kitchen Knife

This knife has a nice weight to it. Very very sharp. Cuts my cinnamon roll dough with ease. My husband was very impressed with it when he sliced his teriyaki flank steak in thin slices. We did see it for sale in other stores but Wayfair had the best price.

Knife is great. Case was crushed.

I highly recommend it as it's very good quality. It cuts like butter. I used it for many different things. I made beef jerky hash and chopped the jerky up great. I used it to cut brisket into strips. It worked like a charm. I highly recommend!
