Joyjolt 8-In Slicing Knife High Carbon Steel Kitchen Knife

Good looking blade at first glance, the handle is also good looking but if you take a really close look at the blade youll see that they did a really crappie job in the sharpening of the blade!! They left a burr that runs almost the hole blade I considered returning this but Ill take it to a guy at our farmers market that sharpens blades . I do not recommend this knife .

Perfect gift for my chef son!!
