The kitchen rack is made of cheap-quality materials and includes plastic components, which defeats the purpose of buying a steel rack. It looks low‑grade and will spoil the overall appearance of your kitchen. To make matters worse, the seller refused to accept the return and instead asked me to keep the item while issuing a full refund, clearly indicating that they don’t want this product back in their inventory either. I would not recommend buying this rack. There are much better-quality options available in the same price range.

Just ok. First package had wrong feet in it. Wayfair sent a new one right away to replace it. I like the extendable shelf. It fits completely in the under sink cabinet. It holds a lot of dishes. Just don’t think it’s worth the $30 I paid for it.
