Just what I was looking for at a great price! Durable and a bright focal point for any kitchen!

Immediately when I got it I threw my stress test at it a 500g flour 70 hydration brioche. I ran it 5min on stir, 5min off, for 20min of kneading and my dough passed the window pane test! Something I haven’t been able to achieve by hand. It did get quite warm, and for a minute there the off setting didn’t turn it off, think the heat affected the thermal control plate, but once it cooled down unplugged it was alright. It then whisked up a bunch of eggs for a flourless cake no problem, so safe to say it survived the brioche so should fit my needs, will probably do 4min on, 6min off next time.
