So far this machine works great the aesthetic is awesome. Really well built.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I have zero regrets. The grain and rice cooker is better than I expected. It is so easy to use and love that I don't have to measure anything. Just put rice in and make sure the water tank is full, then press and go! So simple and so worth the money

I’m really sad to give this one star. I love this rice and beans cooker and we used it all the time! It cooks perfectly. The only problem is the pot ends up flaking. We don’t use anything that could possibly scratch it. We bought this because it is not the PFAS, it is ceramic coating. Unfortunately, I’m scared to use it now and I can’t find a replacement anywhere. Can you not have a replacement pot for such an expensive appliance… I mean, the pot is removable!

My main issue was always getting the water ratio right to make the rice come out perfect, but this machine handles the measurements so precisely that it’s no longer a problem. You can make the rice with or without oil and the texture is always spot on. It has made my cooking routine much easier because I don’t have to guess anymore. Mi mayor problema siempre era calcular el agua exacta para que el arroz quedara perfecto, pero esta máquina mide todo tan bien que ya no tengo ese fallo. Se puede hacer el arroz con o sin aceite y la textura siempre queda bien. Me ha facilitado mucho la vida en la cocina porque ya no tengo que andar adivinando las cantidades. Es una maravilla para quien busca resultados exactos."

This rice cooker is better than sliced bread. It’s amazing, so much better than I imagined. Everyone should own one and just start cooking with it.
