An excellent choice for a grinder that runs so much quieter than our previous one. We replaced our previous popular brand with a Krups because of great review and their highly recommended customer service, on the rare occasion you would need them. It grinds beautifully and makes the morning cup of coffee something to look forward to. We love it! Wayfair’s efficiency in getting the product to us (who wants to miss their morning coffee) is the best compliment I can give them. The product was packaged securely and the grinder arrived in excellent shape. Thank you Wayfair for making our transaction seamless!

My second one. First one lasted 8 years of constant use.

Well pleased. My only problem with it is that coarse setting is not coarse enough for French press which in any event I only do occasionally and have an old cheap back up which is good for this. Quite quiet. My first mill grinder, 40 years ago was a Krups which I was able to keep working for a long time, glad to have gone back to one. That first one did have the best form of any dispensing coffee through a very small opening in the coverinto a curved recepticle.iss that still.
