Batterie de cuisine antiadhésive en aluminium 10 pièces KUTIME

Ordered this cookware set on November 18th. Upon delivery, set needed to be put together. It was scratched up and screws would not screw into holes. One label on the handle is all faded - set looks used. I know the scratches will rust in no time. The box was very heavy and so I chose to receive replacement parts. Tracking said delivery by the 14th of December. I never received replacement parts. Got on Chat many times and was told problem would be escalated and I would receive a phone call concerning problem. Never received call. Finally received replacement screws, but no pots or pans. Chat did not understand what I was talking about. Now I see they want return of set after 6 weeks. I already threw away box thinking problem was solved. Last purchase from Wayfair.

I love the color! I haven’t used them much, but they work great and I have had no problems with them. This is a great addition to my kitchen and it makes cooking more fun!
