Couteau Santoku de 5 1/2 pouces Kyocera

I’m using it right now to chop a bunch of vegetables and it goes through carrots and potatoes like butter. I know from experience this knife will last a long time and I will use it daily.

Best knife I’ve ever used!

This was a gift so I cannot say for sure All I know is that I used my friend's 6" Kyocera knife and must have cut a bone and chipped it. Ceramic knives are not indestructible. I couldn't find the exact 6" knife on Wayfair to replace it but found this 5.5" knife.
