The quality has only gotten worse since my original review as it has not held up to time. The shelves warp badly and if you flip them upside down to try to correct the warping, they just warp in the other direction within the week. All of the doors and drawers have settled even further out of alignment and there is no way to correct it without drilling new holes in the wood--which completely negates the purpose of buying a piece of furniture that is supposed to be assembly-only (as opposed to building your own furniture). Every time I look at this, I get a little angry and feel ripped off. It's bad enough that I may not use Wayfair again as I no longer trust them to do proper due diligence around quality assurance for their vendors. And this is coming from someone who has been using Wayfair for almost a decade and has always had positive experiences before now. This pantry is just comically bad enough to sour the whole site for me. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't buy this pantry. ---- ORIGINAL REVIEW: 2/5 stars It's pretty, but the instructions are wrong in several places (for example, getting the number of screws needed for the step wrong, indicating the wrong part number such that following the instructions would result in upside-down drawers, or other similar details). I had multiple pieces arrive damaged. It was cosmetic, so it wasn't worthwhile for me to deal with customer service about it, but it still was not what I would expect quality-wise when I paid over $400 on a piece of furniture. The pieces also just weren't machined well; I had to spend an hour sanding down uneven panels in the top doors just for them to hang correctly, and even then the holes were misaligned such that I cannot get the doors to be even using the adjustable hinges without damaging the doors or making new holes for the hinge screws (because in order to sit flat/parallel to the rest of the cabinet, the hinges would need to be adjusted to such opposite extremes that the doors would have comical levels of overlap and hit each other, or else if you correct for the overlap then they rub against the main cabinet frame and the top layers of the manufactured wood corners peel off). Overall I'm glad I have a pantry now and I am a total sucker for the aesthetic. But I'd say if you care about things being even, or if you don't have the knowledge/ability/time to intuitively recognize and correct errors in the instructions while also doing the extra sanding & adjustments needed to make this furniture actually function, I definitely recommend you skip the headache altogether and find a different pantry to buy.

We returned this unit before even opening the boxes...after realizing our new kitchen layout would not allow this piece to fit.
