I was extremely disappointed with how this pantry cabinet was designed and built. The back of it is made of that type of board that is slightly better than cardboard and is in multiple pieces. The pieces don’t even attach to the sides of the cabinet. They slide into slats that are cut into the side pieces of the cabinet. So, because the back pieces aren’t actually attached to anything, the cabinet has no stability and sways from side to side. My husband and I will now have to buy wood from Lowe’s to screw into the back of the cabinet to make it stable. We shouldn’t have to do that. Any product, especially one like this, should be built in a way where it will at the very least be stable!!!! I would have given it zero stars if I could have, but we do like the look of the cabinet and I appreciate that it was packaged well, so that at least deserves 1 star.
